Racecar Driver? - 2

“Okay well I gotta go race now sweetie.” Her mom said. “I know that you have wanted to drive yourself a little though sweet pea and I set my golf cart up in the big fields for you. Come on.” “Yay!” Michelle said. Her mom walked her out to the fields where the golf cart was. Michelle ran over to it and started climbing in when suddenly she stopped. “What’s wrong honey?” Her mom said. “I’m wetting myself, mommy will you change me?” Her mother could no longer hold back her laughter and burst out laughing. Michelle laughed too, mostly out of confusion because she didn’t know why her “mom” was laughing at her for, what in her memory, was a more than daily occurrence. “I don’t have time right now sweetie.” Her mom said. “I’ll change you after the race.” Michelle scooted into the golf carts driver’s seat and said, “Okay mommy.” “Be careful Michelle!” Her mother called out as she walked away. “I will.” The baby girl responded. As the mom walked away she just laughed to herself. Her spell had worked. Her old racing rival who had been always older and prettier was now a helpless baby girl. Now she would be the best driver in the state without competition. And she got to see her old rival as a stupid big baby daily as an added bonus.
